Back to the grindstone!

Hope everyone is well and had a good weekend. I had a crazy one, 2 nights partying and a 3 day hangover but i got back on the grind today, feeling good now! Was officially in a funk all day, just in a real bad mood and almost didnt go to the gym because i didnt have the energy but now im done (40 mins cardio) i feel great. Exercise really is the way forward xx

Ugh, I hate that. I make a conscious effort not to stare at people who are working out, even if they’re in my direct line of vision. It’s just courtesy to let people be without making them feel like they’re on show.

Gym day 2 

went to the gym again today, 40 mins of cardio in the bag :) might try adding weights next week but for now go cardio crazy. the scales really made me smile today and im a little closer to dropping this weight once and for all. need to stay motivated xx
